Supplies

• Ribbon
• Beads
• Pair of scissors
• Needle or pin

Instructions

1. Cut your ribbon about 12 inches long. You may want to make it longer if it is going to go into a larger book.
2. Tie a knot at one end of the ribbon
3. Start threading on the beads in the order you want them. You may need to use a needle or pin to help push the ribbon through the bead f you used a large ribbon. If you cut the ribbon at an angle so there is a point on it, that will help you thread the beads.
4. After you have the beads on the ribbon, tie a knot at the end of the beads so they don't move on the ribbon.
5. Now repeat this same thing on the other side, but start on the inside part of the ribbon.
6. After both ends are finished, cut any excess ribbon and place in your favorite book. Give a book to your friend with a handmade Book Thong inside!
