Supplies

• Your favorite ribbon
• A candle to decorate
• Short pins with flat heads
• Pair of scissors

Instructions

1. Place the ribbon around the candle so about 1/2 inch overlaps.
2. Cut ribbon to length. The ribbon length will vary depending on the size candle you are using. (Cut all ribbon if you are using multiple ones on this candle.)
3. Take pins and attach ribbon to candle. You will put the pin on the ribbon after you have pulled it tight on the candle. This makes for a more seamless ribbon. Push the pin through the ribbon and into the candle. You might want to use a thimble if this hurts your finger. (If you use a large ribbon, use two pins, one at the top and one at the bottom. A small ribbon will only need one pin.)
4. After the candle is decorated, light the candle or give as a gift.
